Inspector Campbell

Chester Campbell is an inspector hired by Winston Churchill, to locate and recover the missing consignment of guns from the Birmingham Small Arms Company factory. While in Small Heath, Birmingham, however, despite locating the guns, he develops a vendetta against the Peaky Blinders and the Shelby family in particular.
